After some discussion and after having carefully checked the rules that we apply to this, it has been decided to add the "Visual Basic" entry. Visual Basic enters the chart at position 11. Alix Pexton observed that the programming language "D" is often called "dlang" nowadays because the term "D" is not sufficiently discriminative. The D language is currently at position 28. The Revolution language has been renamed to LiveCode for quite some time. The TIOBE index already tracked both Revolution and LiveCode for this entry, but based on a discussion with Kevin Miller the name of the entry has been changed from "Revolution" to "LiveCode".
