PHP 5.6.16 发布，此版本主要是修复了一些 bug，建议所有 PHP 5.6 系列的用户升级到这个版本。

PHP 5.6.16 源代码现已提供下载，Windows 二进制包现已提供在 windows.php.net/download/。
