下载安装出现这样的提示 是怎么回事啊？

能不能提供下具体的安装方法

 

我安装提示以下信息。WIN2003的操作系统

• The required PHP extension MySQLi could not be found. Please ask your host to install this extension.
• The directory D:\wwwroot\htdocs\bbs/data must be writable. Please change the permissions on this directory to be world writable (chmod 0777). If the directory does not exist, please create it.
• The directory D:\wwwroot\htdocs\bbs/internal_data must be writable. Please change the permissions on this directory to be world writable (chmod 0777). If the directory does not exist, please create it.

Please correct these errors and try again.
